The duct cleaning process begins by removing all of your register covers and cleaning them thoroughly to remove dirt, grime, and other contaminants. Our technicians will insert the hose and rotating brush head into your duct work using an advanced cleaning method to scrub your duct system clean. We seal all boots, and also sanitize your ducts with an EPA registered antimicrobial treatment, leaving your home fresh and clean.
In addition to cleaning your ducts, we also offer an option of adding ultraviolet lights to your system when we complete a duct cleaning. In our humid climate, mold and bacteria are serious heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) concerns.
Fungal contamination in HVAC units is a widespread issue that shouldn't be ignored. UV lights can help eliminate many types of fungi, bacteria, germs, viruses and pathogens. In addition to improved air quality, installing a UV light reduces clogging in the condensate drain lines by preventing algae growth and helps maintain a cleaner coil, improving cooling effeciency, which can help reduce electricity costs.
